Why should I work with Innovative Kitchen & Flooring Supply?

Do you get your money back on a kitchen remodel?
Depending on the size of your kitchen and remodel project, you can expect to receive 60-90% of what you spend back in value of your home. Smaller remodel projects receive a higher value percentage than larger projects.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
The short answer is that it depends. The long answer is that no two kitchen renovation projects are the same. Typically, the larger projects will take longer, possibly weeks to months, depending on both the complexity of the renovation and the availability of the materials requested. A smaller renovation project, such as replacing only countertops or refacing cabinets, can be completed much more quickly, often in a matter of days once materials are available.
How much will it cost to remodel our kitchen?
We agree with the industry standard and recommend setting a budget 12-15% of a home’s value. Some kitchen might fall less and others more, depending on the materials and appliances selected for your project. Contact us for a free estimate.
Should I replace or reface my kitchen cabinets?
There are two things to consider when you are choosing between refacing and replacing cabinets. The first is the budget you’re working with. Refacing your cabinets with a laminate or wood veneer will be significantly less expensive than a full cabinet replacement. It will also take less time typically. However, the second item to consider is the quality and condition of your current cabinets. Some cabinets that are not well-constructed to begin with may be less than ideal for refacing. In this case, you’d be better off investing in replacing cabinets, which also increases the value of your home in the process.
